These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of products by ActivKord - Cindy Masquelier Franc on the website www.activkord.com to any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the customer").
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Prices are shown in euros including VAT, excluding delivery charges. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Any order placed on our website constitutes a distance contract between you and us. The sale will only be considered final after the order confirmation has been sent by email and payment has been received.
Payment is made by credit card or any other method offered on the website. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Transactions are secured via a payment system that complies with current standards.
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Any delay in delivery will not give rise to order cancellation or compensation. The brand cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages attributable solely to the carrier, or resulting from external circumstances beyond its control (strikes, inclement weather, logistical disruptions, etc.).
Delivery in 48 to 72 hours in Metropolitan France, i.e. 2/3 working days.
Delivery in 3 to 10 working days within the European Union.
Delivery in 3 to 5 working days in the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs:
We ship all our orders via Colissimo, allowing you to benefit from real-time tracking of your package.
In France, shipping costs €6.90. They are free for orders over €80.
Within the European Union, shipping costs are €9.90. They are free for orders over €130.
In the United Kingdom, shipping costs amount to 13 pounds sterling.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@activkord.com . Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy .
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
We cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products.
ActivKord shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or improper performance of the contract due either to the Client's actions, to an insurmountable and unforeseeable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
