Return and refund policy


At ActivKord, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return period

In accordance with current legislation (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay any penalties, excluding return costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized, custom-made or made-to-order items.

Return conditions

Returned items must show no signs of use, soiling, odor, or damage. Any incomplete, damaged, or soiled returned item may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

In summary, to be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the condition in which you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items on sale or discounted (except for defective items)

How to make a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@activkord.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will then send you the return instructions.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item. In the event of defective items, or an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product in question.

In this case, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by ActivKord.

Return address

No returns will be accepted without prior email confirmation. The return address will be provided to the customer after the request has been accepted.

Refund

Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt at our facilities. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . We do not offer exchanges for changes in size, color, or personal preference. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@activkord.com .
